Who am I?
I am an experienced and fully qualified humanistic counsellor who is trained Transactional Analysis. I attend regular and on-going workshops for my continued professional development.
I provide a flexible but dynamic approach in a safe and supportive space; together we can explore what is causing your issues and identify the parts you would like to understand more or change.
I offer a warm and friendly way of working underpinned by an eclectic mix of experience from a variety of challenging and interesting roles.
Alongside my practice practice I work with a well known mental health charity. I am also a college tutor delivering Counselling Skills courses to students who wish to become qualified counsellors. My work is underpinned by an eclectic mix of experience from a variety of challenging and interesting roles such as prison work, relapse prevention, mindfulness and a corporate background.
I abide by the ethical codes of the BACP - British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Under their codes of practice I attend regular supervision sessions to ensure you receive a quality service from me.
